Builders Risk Insurance, is a specially design policy for renovations, remodels and ground up construction projects.

The coverage is for either commercial or residential buildings. Also called Course of Construction insurance, the coverage is project specific and only lasts for the duration of the project. Once the building is complete, the insurance policy ceases.
